Refund policy

Pergola Box** is a trading name of **In Out Living Ltd**. This policy sets out your rights when you buy from pergolabox.co.uk. It does not affect your statutory rights.

**Your right to cancel (online orders)**
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most orders within **14 days** of receiving your goods, for any reason. To cancel, email us at **Trade@inoutliving.co.uk** with your order number. After cancelling, you must return the goods within 14 days.

**Returns**
- Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- Once we receive the goods (or proof of return), we'll refund you within **14 days**, to your original payment method.

**Made-to-order, bespoke & installed goods**
Some items are made to your specification or supplied with installation. Where installation has been booked and started (or completed) at your request, or goods have been made to measure, the standard 14-day cancellation right may not apply. We'll always make this clear before you order.

**Damaged or faulty items**
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at **[trade@inoutliving.co.uk]** with photographs. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

**Warranty**
Our pergolas are covered by a **2-year warranty** against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
