Where we deliver**
We deliver to mainland **United Kingdom**.

**Delivery charges**
- **Pergolas & packages:** free UK delivery.
- **Bin storage:** £49.
- **Side screens:** £79.
- Charges are shown at checkout before payment.

**Delivery times**
We aim to deliver within 7 working days** for in-stock items. For pergolas and installed orders, our team will contact you after ordering to arrange a suitable delivery/installation date. Lead times may be longer during busy periods — we'll keep you updated.

**Installation**
If you add **Pergola Installation** to your order, our team will deliver and fit your pergola in a single visit where possible, at a date arranged with you. Someone aged 18+ must be present. Please ensure clear access to the installation area, and if installation is booked please make sure the area is ready and fit for purpose.

**On delivery**
Please check your goods on arrival and report any damage within **48 hours** (see Refund & Returns Policy).
